amazing stay pool villa

nice open buffet all you can think of even for vegan the private villa with pool is a heaven for any couple , privacy , comfort its just amazing the staff very friendly , the layout and the greenery is very beautiful if i will visit bali again for sure i will come back to Rama

Nice experience

It was value for money. All facilities were good. Breakfast had a variety of options. Location was central. The breakfast and pool area was beautiful.

Just for information, the swimming pool is very deep, 2.4 meters.

Great location, good rooms, service and affordable.

Loved the pool bar and the staff. Yudi (pool barman) was exceptional and provided great insights into the Balinese culture despite having been there so many times before. Breakfast was good and ample to choose from and the room was quite large and well serviced each day. The location was close to the beach and shops and far enough away from Kuta.

The pool depth was a bit tricky for some of the Indian guests who had some or no capability to swim and I found them to be rude to the staff.

a great stay with terrific staff

we have stayed at the rama a few times now, there is nothing to dislike about this hotel, from your arrival the stay is both comfortable and relaxing. the pool area is inviting and well maintained. the rooms , we stayed in a premier cottage, are both spacious and well equipped with a fridge. the open air shower is over sized and has great heat control. the buffet breakfast has many eastern and western options, the breakfast staff are pleasant and are esy to find and helpful. any issues that may come up, which were minor in nature are dealt with quickly. wifi is excellent. the location is a quieter area in kuta close to beach and local rstaurants, the hotel itself is set back from the main road and for the most part depending on your local neighbours is quiet. grounds and gardens area are well looked after and provide a private setting

the hotel is becoming more family oriented. the breakfast buffet does not provide the same level of food choices or quality as it did even last year. pool chairs are reserved with no one using, even with notices placed on pool tables that the reserved towels will be removed after 45 minutes, it does not happen.

Beautiful classic style Balinese resort

Beautiful grounds, amazing gardens and pool areas. Lots of variety and delicious breakfast. Room was super clean.

Our only complaint would be the price of food and drink inside the hotel. We normally order food and drinks around the pool, however, even for Bali, their prices were too rich for us.

Comfortable, great staff,

This was our third stay at the Rama beach, we find the location in Kuta more quiet than other Kuta areas, the resort is both well located to the beach area and airport, restaurants and all types of commercial shops. This resort is set in a secluded off road in a garden setting. The villas are spacious and well equipped with large comfortable beds, excellent showers and air conditioning. The pool is clean and spacious with treed areas for shade. The staff are very accommodating, polite and very helpful. The breakfast dining area is open air and provides a buffet breakfast with many food options. We would stay again when back in Bali

Pool chairs can be a problem with people reserving and not using even though notices of abuse are posted, no one enforces the issues. The rooms and villas although very private have poor soundproofing and sound carries clearly outside from rooms and walkways. The buffet selections have not been up to past standards.

The staff are always lovely, the pool is beautiful and breakfast offers an excellent variety of food. The whole place is always clean. Great spa for massage also.

I would request you Mr. Wayan Wirasa to definitely acknowledge their work and send them an Appreciation Letter if possible! Thank-you specially to both for making oiur stay in Bali amazing .

Great for our one night stay before flying home!

The family room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice. The staff were very friendly and were great with our 21 month old! They offered late check out for 50% of room cost and included transfer to the airport. This suited us well for our late night flight.

The pool was too deep to enjoy. 90% of the pool is 2.4m deep. There was only a small area for kids to play. Some of the beakfast options were quite ‘dry’ by the time we got to it.
